Rooms & Prices
We have a total of 9 rooms, each with private showers and toilets. The rooms are simple but practical, neat and clean. All the rooms on the front side have the view of the canal and the rooms on the backside are tranquil situated.
Hotel van Onna is a non-smoking hotel, so even in the rooms it is forbidden to smoke.
There is no wifi in the rooms, but there is free wifi in the lobby of the Mr Jordaan Hotel.

For a reservation we will need your credit card details. Your credit card details are only required to guarantee your booking up to your arrival at the hotel and your card will not be charged by Hotel van Onna.
Payments have to be made to the hotel in cash or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express).

Check-in
The reception is opened from 08.00 till 23.00 hrs. Check in is possible till 23.00 hrs.
In case you would like to check in later please contact us per e-mail at info@hotelvanonna.nl.
Check-out
Check-out is possible from 08.00 hrs until 11:00 hrs. When you would like to check out earlier please inform us accordingly.
It is possible to store your luggage in the reception.

Cancellation policy - 24 hours before Arrival Date
Reservations at Hotel van Onna have to be cancelled 24 hours before Arrival Date. Please take into account that the Arrival Date starts at 0.00 am (CET).
Every booked room which is not cancelled in time, will be billed at a cost equivalent to the rate of the first night by the hotel.
A different cancellation policy may apply in case of group reservations.
